Shipping policy
We will process your order within 1-2 business days. Subsequently, we will dispatch and deliver your order within 7-12 business days based on the country from which you place the order. Attention! In some cases, it may happen that your order is not delivered within the aforementioned timeframe. Shipping Payment
If you are located in Europe, shipping is free for orders over 50 euros. For orders under 50 euros, the shipping fee is 4.99.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please visit our tracking page. Although tracking is not in real-time, it updates when the item is scanned at various stops along its journey. Please note that when your order crosses borders, the tracking may not update until the local postal service receives it and enters it into their system. Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days without stating a reason. Typically, you have the option to return the order within 30 days. You can find complete instructions for returning your order on the Return Policy page - (link).
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return your order for any reason, simply follow the instructions on your returns form (included with each parcel) and provide as much information as possible about why you want to return it to help expedite the process on our end. All return postage costs are covered by you, the customer, unless evidence is provided that the item is damaged or you received the wrong item.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order tracking indicates 'delivered' but you have not received your package, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to locate it for you. In the rare event that it is lost, we will investigate the issue, issue you a refund, or ship a replacement.
